Cucina Homemade Pasta at The Eatery Showcase Event

Our team has been hard at work perfecting the pasta program for the new and revamped Cucina location opening this Fall at The Eatery. Our new pasta machine creates delicious, fresh, and nutritious pasta using only two ingredients: semolina flour and water. This variety of pasta is comprised of 18% protein, which is significantly higher than most boxed pasta brands, providing a balanced meal.

Chefs at The Eatery participated in training sessions from Emilio Mitidieri, a master pasta chef with 40 years of experience bringing authentic Italian flavors to restaurants, and inventor of the machine used in The Eatery.

Cucina will be fully operational in the fall, but we’re already serving this delicious new pasta in The Eatery. Check out this video of Chef Dave crafting a take on a vodka carbonara for The Eatery Showcase Event!
