Derived from Japanese, "Kokumi" translates to "rich taste" or simply "delicious," and is considered by some as the elusive sixth taste. At Kokumi, we aim to bring this unique culinary experience to your table, offering a fusion of Asian, Middle Eastern, and North African-inspired delights that cater to a diverse range of tastes.

Kokumi takes part in our commitment to providing Halal-certified proteins at all stations in The Eatery renovation, ensuring a diverse and inclusive menu for all our patrons. Our talented chefs have curated a menu that showcases the best of both worlds, featuring open-flame, wok-tossed campus favorites such as 10 Spice Chicken, General Tso’s and Kimchi Fried Rice. Additionally, we've incorporated Middle Eastern and North African staples like Grilled Kebab, Lemon Seasoned Chicken Shawarma, and Tandoori Chicken, adding a touch of authenticity and variety to your dining options.
